chore: update composer dependencies to include spatie/laravel-sluggable and spatie/laravel-tags

Browse Source 
- Added spatie/laravel-sluggable version 3.7 for slug generation in Eloquent models.
- Added spatie/laravel-tags version 4.10 for tag management functionality.
- Updated composer.lock to reflect new dependencies.
